The FTHRA is represented by a Board of Directors comprised of thirty members including eight county mayors, 20 city/town mayors, one senator and one representative. The Board meets regularly on a quarterly basis and more often when called by the Board Chairman or the Agency's Executive Director.

The Board is interested in delivering a variety of services to their residents. They are dedicated to involving themselves to ensure that optimum use is made of available resources, that needed resources are made available, and that the delivery vehicle for delivering these services (FTHRA) receives their full support.
