FTHRA is a nonprofit organization providing much needed services to people in need in Northeast Tennessee. To keep our services at a low or no cost to our clients, we hold fundraisers and accept private donations.


Help our domestic violence shelter help families in crisis.

Safe Passage Domestic Violence Shelter is holding a used cell phone drive. If you have a used cell phone that you would like to donate, please bring it to 704 Rolling Hills Drive in Johnson City. If you know of a location/business that we can place a drop box, please call 423.461.7849.

Newer cell phones still have 911 capabilities even if they are not activated. Older and/or broken cell phones can be recycled and the money is placed in our Client Assistance Fund.
