If you have a used cell phone that you would like to donated, please bring it to 704 Rolling Hills Drive in Johnson City. If you know of a location/business that we can place a drop box, please call 423.461.7849. Newer cell phones still have 911 capabilities even if they are not activated. Older and/or broken cell phones can be recycled and the money is placed in our Client Assistance Fund.
