For more than fifty years, FTHRA has worked alongside families, seniors, and neighbors across eight counties of Northeast Tennessee. Every hot meal delivered, every ride given, every classroom volunteer hour adds up to something larger — a region where people are not left behind.

That work shows up in small, daily ways. A lunch arriving on time. A Foster Grandparent reading to a child with special needs. An older worker training for a second career. A personal support aide making it possible to stay in your own home another year. We measure success one household at a time.
